Returns and Exchanges

We personally stand by the quality of our products and want you to be totally satisfied with everything that you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will gladly offer an exchange or a refund.

If there is an error on our part and an incorrect item or size was sent, we take full responsibility and will pay for all the shipping costs involved for the return or exchange. Our policy is 30 days from the date of your purchase. We do make an exception during the Holiday season and offer a 60 day return policy from November 10 to January 10.

 

Returns

When returning your purchase, include a copy of your order and use the mailing address below. Please note that the original shipping cost is not refunded which also includes orders that had free shipping.  Items must be in new or slightly used condition. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 4 business days for your refund to be processed. We do not charge a restocking fee for any returns or exchanges.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your purchase for another product or a different size, please return the item(s) with a copy of your invoice as well as a note describing your exchange. When your package is received, we will send you a custom order for the reshipping cost and any price differences for the exchange. Once you complete the order, your new items will ship ASAP. We do not charge a restocking fee for any returns or exchanges.
